Shoot the messenger
Is a Foreign Film about a black man, who upon being fired as a result of a scandal at his workplace, associates all of his troubles with being black and the presence of black people. In an attempt to live drama free, he decides to do his best to disassociate from the race,and when confronted with "black issues", engages them with a heavy dose of sarcasm.
He, of course has an epiphany at the end of the film-as it wouldn't be complete without the requisite "turn around." Overall, I think this can have an impact on Du Bois's, clearly self percieved, talented tenth whom attend schools with missions steeped in "uplifting the race, improving upon socioeconomic inequities and social disparity," but who graduate (or often don't) with every intention of making as much money as possible while ignoring anything (black or otherwise) that has to do with poverty. Contradictions of society...LOL
The protagonist (Sexy Ass David Oyelowo) and dialogue points made by "Shoot the Messenger" are exigent enough to make one think again- It made me think again-and I rarely think so...there you go. 2. Sell Old Cell Phones, obsolete Cords, memory, and anything associated with technology that is outdated/soon to be outdated to scrap shops or recyclers for cash. This stuff that we shell out hundreds of thousands for becomes useless surprisingly fast. I have learned that the best bet is to sel it as soon as you are done using it/no longer need it.Cash for gold accepts broken cell phones :-)

3. Listia
In the same vein of "decluttering "/ not ending up on the next episode of hoarders (no judgement here); this is a site dedicated to incentive donation. You can give someone something for free/ the cost of shipping and collect points to get something you might need/ "really really really want' from someone else on the site. I am looking at it as a way of getting rid of things that I have no__________ for. So much stuff! Argh
4. Making custom postage stamps and rubber stamps for the new way I am going to drum up interest in my blog:
